Job description

Title: Financial Analyst
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 26 week contract with possibility of extension
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
SHIFT: M-F 8-5 REQUIRED

Note:The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and a background in healthcare accounting or healthcare finance AND hospital net revenue experience OTHER: Crowe RCA experience preferred

The team consists of 4 Reimbursement Managers and 1 Director, everyone works remote so it will be important that the candidate can work independently and remain productive.
Job Description:

Prepare, review, and analyze financial and statistical information.
Complete month end revenue model using Crowe RCA.
Present in monthly close meeting to CFO & Controller.
Analyze our hospital accounts receivable model, bad debt model, and accounts receivable roll-forward reports.
Analyze each hospital's net patient revenue.

Interview Process:
There will be two, possibly three at the most interviews all done via Zoom. The first interview will be with the Director, the second interview will be with the entire reimbursement team. If requested, either the controller and/or CFO may ask to interview.
