Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change-making team is looking for a Data Integration Manager located in France. The Data Integration Manager will assess data architecture requirements in hospital settings and support successful implementation of data integration strategies. Ideally, the Data Integration Manager will have previous experience in Hematology/Oncology environment. Reporting to the CPO Data Integration Manager will:
Provide insights to shape the strategy for data platform integration in compliance with French healthcare regulations and data privacy policies.
Guide the deployment of Massive Bio’s data products in hospital IT systems, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and compliance with healthcare workflows.
Support API integration processes and liaise with hospital IT departments to ensure seamless technical implementation.
Collaborate with Provider Engagement and Growth teams for management of the data migration platform lifecycle to ensure timely installs, updates, and maintenance.
Conducting impact assessments, and advising on GDPR-related best practices across organizational functions.
Candidate Profile:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of direct technical experience with hands-on engagement in data integration projects.
Strong understanding of French healthcare regulations and data privacy policies.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and processes, especially in hospitals, with experience in API integration and IT systems management.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems in France.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The candidate should be based in France.
Willingness to travel as needed, with no travel limitations or restrictions.
