Are you a persuasive communicator with a talent for turning cold leads into hot prospects? We’re seeking a driven Cold Caller / Outreach Specialist to play a pivotal role in our client’s aggressive growth strategy. In this position, you’ll be the voice of a thriving cleaning company, reaching out to potential customers and setting the stage for successful business relationships. Your days will be filled with the excitement of high-volume calling, the challenge of overcoming objections, and the satisfaction of booking quality appointments. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to directly impact the company’s expansion while working with a motivated team of professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-200 daily outbound calls to potential commercial and residential clients in the San Antonio area
  • Engage prospects with your strong communication skills and persuasive approach, showcasing our client’s unique value proposition
  • Master the art of objection handling, addressing customer concerns effectively and turning hesitations into opportunities
  • Book high-quality appointments for long-term commercial contracts and residential services, directly contributing to the company’s growth
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the client’s system, ensuring seamless communication across the team
  • Achieve and exceed set performance metrics for call volume and bookings, continuously pushing your own limits
  • Utilize a strategic combination of phone calls, emails, and SMS for comprehensive outreach efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine your pitch and increase conversion rates


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence
  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or similar outreach roles in a B2B setting  is a must
  • Knowledge of the San Antonio market, including the Airbnb property landscape, is advantageous
  • Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain positivity throughout the day
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different customer personalities
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and exceptional customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with the cleaning industry, particularly commercial and residential services, is a plus
  • Comfortable with using CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a significant advantage
