Vanta is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our growing web team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Web Developer and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and optimize our company website. You will be working as a key contributor collaborating on projects that enhance our digital presence.

Our website is the first entry point for our target customers to learn about our product and understand how we can automate their compliance needs and help them implement continuous security best practices.

What you’ll do as a Web Developer at Vanta:

• Develop and maintain the company website using Webflow, ensuring a responsive design and seamless user experience.

• Collaborate with the Senior Web Developer and key stakeholders to implement new features and drive continuous improvements.

• Manage and optimize the Webflow CMS, focusing on effective content structuring to enable dynamic, scalable, and efficient workflows.

• Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to integrate the website with product offerings, GTM systems, billing, pricing, and packaging.

• Implement and maintain analytics and tracking systems to assess website performance and user behavior.

• Automate website-related processes, empowering non-technical team members through external tools such as Airtable, Zapier, and other process automation platforms.

• Continuously enhance the website to improve performance, accessibility, and conversion rates.

How to be successful in this role:

• 3–4 years of experience in web development, with a primary focus on Webflow.

• Extensive expertise in Webflow CMS, including best practices for content modeling and structuring scalable collections.

• Proficient in core web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a robust understanding of the DOM, box model, and related concepts.

• Proven experience in building multi-platform components (Mobile, Web) that are cross-browser compatible and responsive to different screen sizes.

• Demonstrated ability to create accessible and localized web experiences.

• Working knowledge of site health and performance best practices.

• Experience with integrating and automating workflows using tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms, with a focus on empowering non-technical users.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside Senior Webflow Developers and other team members.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
