Job description

The Role:

As part of the Employee Engagement Team at Convera, you'll play a key role in bringing our cultural vision to life through creative initiatives, engaging programs, and meaningful employee experiences. You'll collaborate with our team utilizing the Denison Organizational Culture Model and other frameworks to drive positive cultural change across our organization. Your focus will be on creating an environment where all employees can thrive and contribute their best work. Additionally, you'll own and evolve our policy vs guidelines framework, ensuring a balanced approach that promotes both clarity and flexibility in our cultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our team to design and implement innovative culture programs that resonate with employees across all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives
  • Create compelling internal campaigns that drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive and diverse environment.
  • Develop and facilitate interactive workshops and sessions that bring our culture to life, accelerate our cultural evolution.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our policy vs guidelines framework, determining when formal policies are needed versus when flexible guidelines are more appropriate, ensuring they support an equitable and inclusive workplace
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to implement and socialize the framework, ensuring consistent and fair application across the organization
  • Evaluate existing policies and guidelines to identify opportunities for simplification, improved cultural alignment, and removal of potential barriers to participation
  • Coach leaders and teams on effectively using the framework to make decisions that balance compliance needs with cultural aspirations while considering diverse perspectives
Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of Denison Organizational model 
  • Experience working in international or matrix organizations
  • Track record of creating successful employee advocacy programs
  • Background in change management and cultural transformation
  • Experience building inclusive workplace programs and measuring their impact
  • Success in developing cross-cultural communication strategies
