Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales and AI Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in structuring outbound sales campaigns, managing sales leads, and integrating artificial intelligence solutions to optimize our sales and operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experience in sales/revenue operations, familiarity with AI technologies, and extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage outbound sales campaigns utilizing CRM platforms and other relevant tools to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
Sales Lead Management: Acquire and oversee sales leads from various third-party sources, ensuring accurate tracking, nurturing, and reporting within the CRM system. jobed.ai
AI Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI integrations, including custom GPT models, to streamline sales and operational workflows.
Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications: Education: College degree is required Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaigns, etc) and sales automation tools. AI Knowledge: Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in sales, including experience with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, etc).
