We are looking for a highly technical, passionate, and extroverted leader to drive our engineering training, technical content creation, and certification programs. This role is at the intersection of technology, education, and developer advocacy, helping our teams stay ahead of the latest trends while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
As the Technical Training and Development Lead, you will be responsible for researching emerging technologies, creating engaging learning materials, delivering training sessions, and building certification programs to ensure our engineers are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
This role requires someone who lives and breathes technology, the kind of person who downloads new tools at midnight, stays up experimenting, and wakes up excited to share what they’ve learned.

Research & Experimentation with Emerging Technologies
Continuously explore and experiment with the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating which technologies are worth investing in.
Research and experiment with AI-powered developer tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and AI-enhanced coding assistants.
Conduct research and training on Software Architecture, Secure Coding, and Software Development Best Practices.
Create technical reports, blog posts, and internal documentation summarizing research findings.
Create Engaging Learning Content
Develop technical learning videos, tutorials, and demo presentations.
Write clear, concise, and engaging documentation to make complex topics accessible.
Create interactive coding exercises and real-world use cases for engineers to practice.
Build & Deliver Training Programs
Design and conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for engineers at all levels.
Develop structured learning paths for different technical skills.
Run internal workshops, hackathons, and developer challenges to foster hands-on learning.
Build certification programs to validate and recognize engineers’ expertise.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and learning outcomes.
Manage training budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
AI in Software Engineering
Implement and train engineers on AI-assisted development, AI in testing, and AI-powered DevOps.
Research how AI is transforming software development workflows, automation, and deployment strategies.
Build hands-on training sessions and learning modules focused on AI-driven coding, AI-based testing automation, and AI-enhanced DevOps practices.
Software Architecture, Secure Coding & Best Practices
Train engineers on scalable software architecture design, best practices, and patterns.
Promote secure coding standards and best practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
Educate teams on code quality, maintainability, and system design principles.
Provide guidance on system performance optimization, fault tolerance, and reliability
Strong background in software development, software architecture, DevOps, or cloud computing.
Experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with databases like MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Expertise in AI-Powered Development Tools,
Deep understanding of Software Architecture, Secure Coding, and Software Development Best Practices.
Experience creating technical training materials, video tutorials, or documentation.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a wide audience.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills, comfortable leading training sessions and webinars.
Experience in mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of learning.
Ability to collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Comfortable engaging with developer communities, meetups, and conferences.
Strong presence in developer communities, or open-source contributions.
Public speaking experience at tech events, meetups, or conferences.
