Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, utilizing your creativity and communication skills to identify and engage potential clients in the education and sports sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative outreach strategies, working closely with our in-house marketing and sales teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead direct outreach campaigns to schools and sports clubs through personalized phone calls and emails, showcasing our unique value proposition
  • Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies that go beyond traditional methods, tapping into new markets and opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that our sales team receives high-quality prospects ready for conversion
  • Engage with newsletter recipients to boost interaction and nurture potential leads through the sales funnel
  • Maintain meticulous records of all lead generation activities, providing insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, with a track record of success in the New Zealand market
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead tracking tools to manage and analyze prospect data
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no potential lead falls through the cracks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a flexible, part-time role
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand education and sports sectors is a plus
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new strategies and technologies in the ever-evolving field of lead generation
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility on scheduling
