Job Summary:
The Admissions coordinator maintains direct responsibility for successful recruitment of new Individual’s and their families, to impart the history and culture of Circle City ABA to Individual’s and stakeholders and to oversee the intake process from the initial point of contact. Transition and onboarding of consumer. The coordinator is responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and assist with any program development requested by the Director of Operations.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Must have residency in Iowa or Nebraska.
Education: Must Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of social services
Work Experience: Must have the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships in all levels of the organization and to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills, proven leadership ability, the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately, and strong organizational and
time management skills. Must be able to tolerate high levels of stress. Must be able to resolve conflicts independently. Must have general computer skills including the ability to use MS Office.
Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in a home office setting although some out of home meetings will be required. Driving is also required so individual must have a valid driver’s license and meet the organization’s driver insurability requirements. Must have the ability to function independently and to handle mental and emotional stress. Must be at least 18 years of age and be free from communicable diseases as evidenced by an annual negative TB test or unremarkable chest x-ray per state requirements.
Training Requirements During Employment: Must completed all assigned training as needed by Company.
