Job Details

Join our dedicated team as a key investigator under the guidance of the Director of Diversion Control & Security. In this vital role, you will conduct thorough investigations and provide essential support to the Corporate Security & Regulatory Affairs (CSRA) Department.   • Manages and conducts a variety of proactive and reactive investigations in assigned area of responsibility, including but not limited to controlled substance loss investigations, customer due diligence investigations, potential criminal investigations and code of conduct investigations.
  • Conducts comprehensive risk assessments and recommends corrective action plans, which may include additional security resources such as security officers or covert camera installations or enhanced due diligence processes to prevent diversion.
  • Conducts professional interviews and thoroughly reports and documents the results of those interviews.
  • Acts as the primary liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement and regulatory authorities, as well as fire and emergency services personnel.
  • Conducts physical security audits and assessments, as well as customer site visits.
  • Conducts and analyzes a variety of reports and information, which may vary according to assignment, including Inventory Adjustments and Customer Returns and Diversion Red Flag analytical reports. Tracks product losses to determine root causes.
  • Assists the Director(s) in managing investigations across the enterprise as assigned.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time and on short notice.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Requires broad training in related field through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of education and experience; BA or BS Degree in related field preferred. Normally requires a minimum of six (6) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; previous work experience in law enforcement, or the pharmaceutical industry.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
