We are looking for an innovative and highly detailed CTO with a track record in delivering innovative solutions to lead our technology strategy, drive product innovation, create highly productive and efficient remote work teams and take our platform to the next level with cutting-edge AI and automation.

As our CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SaaS platform and driving innovation. This is an opportunity to lead a world-class technology team, integrate AI and machine learning into our solutions, and scale our platform to support global enterprises. We need a people leader who is passionate about leveraging AI-driven insights, automation, and predictive analytics to revolutionize the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performance engineering culture that thrives on collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability, ensuring teams take ownership of their outcomes and deliver results with excellence.
• Partner with leadership across sales, marketing, and customer success to align technology with business goals and market opportunities.
• Attract and retain top technical talent, ensuring we have the expertise needed to drive our ambitious growth plans.
• Define and execute a technology strategy that integrates AI and automation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Ensure our platform can support increasing transaction volumes, global deployments, and enterprise-level security and resilience.
• Work closely with product teams to design and deliver innovative solutions in line with the agreed product roadmap to a high-quality standard that meet customer needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology decisions with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience in scaling and integrating platforms for global enterprise clients, ensuring security, resilience, and compliance with industry standards.
• Passion for innovation and experience in driving new product development, leveraging AI-driven solutions and automation, and integrating data science into SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader in a fast-growing SaaS company, with experience driving significant revenue growth. Being part of an enterprise that has scaled to achieve a billion-dollar valuation would be highly valuable.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, AI, Machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices to build scalable, high-performing systems.
