We're looking for a technology expert for our unique SaaS B2B platform, which has facilitated the awarding of OVER ONE BILLION EUROS! in construction bids. Who can effectively engage with customers and can also act as a technical sparring partner to develop our platform further. Using AWS, Golang, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, and AI.

Team structure. 4 Backend Devs + DevOps + 3 Frontend Devs + 2 QA’s + Engineering Lead.

Challenges:

Develop our technology further to AI in the upcoming years
Switch from Dart to React this year (10% done)
Develop new features further that are unique. Together with our main customers.

Meetings. No bullshit meetings. Only meetings that are really necessary.

What we are looking for

Technical knowledge. You have years of experience developing software with a similar tech stack.

People management. You have years of experience leading teams and speaking to customers.

Language. You can communicate in German (C2) and English (C1).

Technical vision. Strategic thinking, combined with the ability to develop and implement conceptual solutions.

Hands-on. You are solution-oriented and love creating opportunities.

Previous roles. Team Lead or Technical Lead or CTO or Principal Engineering Manager.
