About the Team / Role
We're seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for our Growth Mobility products. This critical role demands a proven track record of innovative cross-sell revenue marketing and B2B product go-to-market. You will own data-driven campaigns that directly fuel revenue growth by expanding our customer base and driving new solution adoption.
Leveraging your B2B demand generation and full-funnel pipeline expertise, you'll craft targeted campaigns, collaborating closely with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to maximize market penetration.

How you'll make an impact
Cross-sell Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Design and implement demand and lead generation programs, including multi-channel campaigns, lead nurture flows, and conversion optimization tactics. Own pipeline growth for marketing-sourced opportunities.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, encompassing product messaging, launch activities, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Cross-sell Campaign Management: Oversee campaign strategy and execution across multiple channels (digital, email, events, etc.), tracking performance, analyzing results, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. Manage campaign budgets effectively.
Sales Enablement: Partner with sales to provide the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively position and sell our products.
Content Creation & Messaging: Develop compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, sales collateral, and other materials, that effectively communicates product value and resonates with target audiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer operations, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment on cross-sell and product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market.
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign results, and provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.
Experience you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage marketing budgets and resources
