We are looking for a Security Partner Success Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As the Security Partner Success Manager you will be dedicated to Cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, MDR, and XDR, and will play a crucial role in our team. You will collaborate closely with PSM team members, contributing your expertise to plan calls, develop agendas, and prepare materials. Your primary focus will be supporting PSMs throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. You'll manage the Security pipeline, ensuring goals are met, and handle tasks like pre-qualification, negotiation, and conducting demos. Your deep understanding of Security solutions will be pivotal in driving success and growth within our specialized offerings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners for Security solutions
  • Collaborate with all PSM team members to identify and drive cross-sell opportunities for Acronis Security solutions within existing partner accounts
  • Manage and grow the Security pipeline, ensuring alignment with revenue and service adoption goals
  • Support PSMs in Security-focused sales engagements, including pre-qualification, negotiation, and demos
  • Enable and train partners on EDR, MDR, and XDR offerings to drive adoption and effective positioning of Acronis Security services
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers to increase Security solution penetration within partner portfolios
  • Work closely with Acronis Cloud Distributors on Security-focused enablement activities
  • Drive Security upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase new service adoption
  • Engage Acronis Presales and Technical Support teams to support partners in Security-related opportunities
  • Act as a trusted Security advisor, ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Monitor and track Security revenue goals, partner performance, and service attach rates

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Manager, Channel development position within a software vendor)
  • Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the security and cloud market business model
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
