THE POSITION  

As an Inbound Nesting Lead, your core responsibility will be to support and provide feedback on our new hire’s execution of key functions. You will provide ongoing and regular feedback on the performance of all new team members through their nesting phase of training, working with Managers and quality assurance to provide coaching opportunities and identify areas of opportunity post training. In addition, you may assist Managers with determining a team member’s ability to be successful in their function when performance issues arise. 

  

You will also participate in monthly team meetings with Managers and Training and Development Specialists to review team performance against goals and set commitments for improvements. Your success as a nesting lead will be tied to team performance. You will also be required to provide daily updates to management and facilitate sales training sessions.  

  

Outside of new hire classes and as needed, the Nesting Lead will be required to be on the phone to help with service levels as well as be cross-trained in other areas of the business to assist with any business needs that arise.

WHAT YOU BRING: 

We’re looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and independently motivated person with a passion for the Inbound products, making a difference, and mentoring. You need to have:   

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Forms

  • Skilled in public speaking and facilitating large groups remotely  

  • Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt as needed  

  • Strong working knowledge of sales development and best practices  

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business and new hire schedules  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  

  • Knowledge of the Inbound product and a proven track record of exceptional sales performance  

  • Experience providing constructive feedback to team members   

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and driving performance improvement from data  

  • Ability to adhere to and provide recommendations to improve guidelines and policies    

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional new hire experiences   

  • A passion for developing people to be excellent individual contributors and team members  

  • Experience leading teams, including coaching to performance improvement and company goals  

  • Proven track record of success in developing a sales or customer service teams  

  • A desire to work in a fast-moving environment and be flexible to change   

  • A positive attitude and pride that stems from doing great work and seeing your team be successful  

  • Competence working with e-learning software and learning management systems 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
