We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative ready to expand their career with us!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for outbound sales, including cold calling, emailing, and networking with potential clients and strategic referral partners. You’ll need to be comfortable initiating conversations and building strong relationships from the ground up, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls and emails, to engage potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic referral partners to help drive growth.
  • Attend events and networking opportunities on an as-needed basis to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as conducting market research and identifying key business information, to support ongoing business development efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to optimize sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales experience.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential for client communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence others.
  • Comfort with cold calling, emailing, and building relationships from scratch.
  • Strong networking abilities and willingness to attend events as needed.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, especially in administrative and research tasks.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the company’s success.
