The Web Operations & Growth Manager drivers global web operations, search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web analytics for Flashpoint. As an essential part of the Revenue Marketing Team, this person will oversee the corporate website ensuring its uptime, peak performance, and an excellent user experience. This role requires the ability to leverage website analytics to drive growth at scale.
We have a role for you if
You have successfully launched and managed large website projects, including new site launches, migrations, microsites, product and content launches, and ongoing optimizations.
You have experience in web infrastructure, CMS platforms, and UX / UI best practices.
You are comfortable with web development, agile methodologies, and collaborating with digital agencies.
You have proven success running Search Engine Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization programs
You are an expert in using web and performance analytics to optimize website performance and meet or exceed growth targets by driving qualified pipeline.

You will have formed the website roadmap and have pinpointed major initiatives for the upcoming year.
By 90 days
You will have achieved a series of quick wins and have started to implement your roadmap to develop a high-performing, industry-leading website.
To be successful in this role, you will need
Proven experience managing and optimizing websites for B2B SaaS companies.
Experience driving web growth in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) with a general understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Skilled in using Google web tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
Experience with Search Engine Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization for B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity products.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage urgent issues.
Excellent documentation and process-building skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Base Pay Range: $95,300/yr - $115,000/yr plus bonus
