A successful person in this position will be accountable for scheduling the right resources to meet customer needs, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, communicating and keeping customers updated on the status of on-site visits, addressing customer issues with prompt attention and exceptional professionalism, behaving in a manner that results in a positive customer experience, keeping accurate and timely records of resource availability and commitments, documenting the handling of each service call accurately and in a timely manner in the service database, demonstrating sound business judgment when prioritizing and managing competing priorities, and interacting with District Managers to understand the service strategy for the district.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is required to enter this level.
  • Advanced English.
  • Technical knowledge of Agilent Instruments – Desirable.
  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing technology.
  • Demonstrates strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, multitasker who can work with interruptions.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Takes ownership, problem solves, and drives resolution of each situation.
  • Has negotiation skills to deal with involved parties and find the best solution balancing customer and business interests.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
