SAP Integration Lead - SBG

We are seeking a skilled Manager-Level SAP Integration Lead to join our team, with expertise in SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CPI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP architecture and best practices and will play a crucial role in the successful upgrade and migration of SAP systems to the cloud. This role will support a cloud migration assessment project for the Army as they transition to RISE, including the rapid assessment, advisory, and sandbox execution phases for PEO EIS.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP cloud migration and integration projects, ensuring successful execution of the migration to RISE.
• Oversee the implementation of SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CPI to support the migration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP architecture, components, and modules to meet project goals.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP integration best practices and ensure they are followed throughout the project.
• Assist in the execution of a cloud migration assessment, advisory, and sandbox execution for PEO EIS.
• Maintain strong communication and client management skills to interact with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Secret Security Clearance (required)
• Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CPI.
• Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, components, and modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of DOD data standards, policies, and regulations, or the ability to obtain security clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional experience in cloud migration projects.
• Familiarity with Army systems and processes is a plus.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance during the migration and integration phases.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CPI monitoring and application administration activities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
