General Description
This role assists our clients with the administration of their network, to include Physical Servers, Virtual Servers, Active Directory and Firewalls. The role also serves as an third level escalation point for our Systems Administrators. A successful team member has strong critical thinking skills and emphasizes documentation and attention to detail.

Experience Required
Associates degree required, higher level degree desired.
Experience at a Managed Service Provider or other outsourced IT firm highly desired.

Skills Required
Having worked within an issue tracking (Ticketing) system in the past. Experience with ConnectWise Manage a strong plus.

Implementation and support for Microsoft related technologies

Virtualization experience and implementation (Hyper-V)
Automation experience: Use of scripting tools or automation software to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with complex networking concepts
Backups and data storage implementation/ replication
