We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our industry-leading real estate software to brokerages outside the top 500. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, closing, and ensuring a strong first-year experience to maximize retention. Your focus will be on exceeding quota, selling high-quality, value-driven deals, and ensuring long-term customer success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and closing deals with brokerages below the enterprise tier.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring a seamless customer transition.
Sell solutions that deliver real value, positioning our platform as a must-have for brokerages.
Manage pipeline effectively to consistently hit and exceed quota.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer retention.
Develop deep expertise in our products, industry trends, and customer pain points.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or real estate technology sales.
Ability to sell consultatively, uncovering needs and aligning solutions for long-term success.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on high-quality, high-retention deals.
Experience selling to real estate brokerages or adjacent industries is a plus.
