Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Fluent English
Proficiency in Business Rules, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Workflows, and other ServiceNow tools.
Experience in ACL creation and maintenance.
Knowledge of data import processes from third-party applications.
Strong JavaScript, Web Services, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide Record, Glide Ajax, etc.) skills.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Familiarity with ITIL V3 processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong client-facing communication skills (both verbal and written).
Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow platform initiatives, including design, configuration, development, and testing of Service Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure workflows, and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
Architect and implement ITIL processes, ensuring optimal prioritization of development efforts.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow applications.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code, following ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow-related issues efficiently.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
