Your Mission
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide support to couriers and small-to-medium businesses, assisting with account setup, issue resolution, and service guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address billing inquiries, service issues, or complaints, ensuring seamless problem resolution.
  • Identifying recurring patterns in customer queries to suggest workflow improvements.
Your skills and qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-friendly approach.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset to effectively handle diverse situations.
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to manage multiple queries simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and processes.
  • Skilled at managing difficult situations or dissatisfied customers professionally.
  • Prioritizing and following up on unresolved cases effectively.
  • Basic understanding of e-mobility or a willingness to learn about the technical aspects of e-bikes.
  • Experience in customer service or call center operations.
  • Proficient Dutch and fluent German, with excellent English skills.
