Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Bookkeeper
Paid Hours per week: 20 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Flexible) Devon, England, UK | 5:00pm to 2:00am Manila Time

Responsibilities
  • Perform bank reconciliations using Xero accounting software
  • Post invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile financial transactions for both divisions
  • Utilize Dext for invoice automation and processing
  • Support the head of finance in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports as needed
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
  • Experience with Dext or similar invoice automation tools
  • Familiarity with UK accounting practices and VAT regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English
