Summary:
In this role, you will lead the Inspirity Central Office Procurement and Customer Service teams to ensure that customer orders are successfully received, placed with the suppliers, and delivered accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for defining and ensuring workload is appropriately balanced and teams are meeting all internal and external SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Ensure team members are appropriately trained and following established policies, procedures, and processes.
Monitor statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure internal and external SLAs are met or exceeded
Develop action plans and process improvement plans as needed to correct deficiencies in meeting internal or external SLAs
Serve as the primary point of contract for escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues between the Central Offer and both customers and suppliers.
Collaborate with the Inspirity Director to develop, maintain, and update Central Office policies, procedures, and processes, while also implementing solutions to ensure timely resolution of data or system set up issues causing order exceptions.
Work with team members to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance professional development
Design and develop management and transactional validation reporting
Develop communication methods for interaction with customers to ensure optimal customer service standards are met.
Subject matter expert of Central Office Procurement and Customer Service ticketing systems
Qualifications:
Relevant degree in health care, engineering, analytics, finance, supply chain or information systems preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong background in supply chain and finance with experience in digital technology, including modern Analytics, system configuration and administration preferred.
Experience supporting an ERP system in large integrated systems.
Possess strong communication and client facing skills and have prior group presentation experience.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
