Mandatory skills*	Coordinate completion and administration of consulting agreements and facility vendors including janitorial and construction crews, while managing general office duties. Evaluating processes and tools used by team Write and maintain accuracy of department procedures Develop process integration across PCS and our Partners Monitor process execution and report against KPIs Identify improvement can be made Implement strategies to increase efficiency Coordinate efforts between PCS and Partners Operational compliance monitoring and reporting including incident and change
