We are seeking a talented System Administrator to join our People Applications team. You will work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and global team members to deliver a variety of solutions aligned to improving the employee experience at Veeam.
Candidates for this this role should have experience configuring and managing a variety of HR and people applications (Greenhouse or other ATS applications) as well as an understanding of modern development processes in IT. You will be responsible for delivering features and identifying areas of improvement.

Provide technical support for GreenHouse and other SaaS-based recruiting applications
Evaluate, configure, and deploy enhancements/fixes for applications
Manage user access across multiple applications, ensuring proper provisioning and deprovisioning
Ensure up-to-date security policies and apply them through secure configurations
Monitor and optimize applications, offering technical solutions to enhance the employee and candidate experience
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to update, maintain, and improve applications
3+ years of experience with implementing, configuring, and/or supporting applicant tracking systems
Experience with GDPR and SOX compliance requirements
Familiarity with modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, ERD, or other diagrams
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a preferred degree in Computer Science or technology-related field
Experience working with AGILE methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of XML/XSLT
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
Knowledge of SQL
