About the Client:

Our client is a law firm specializing in personal injury and auto accident cases. With a
strong presence in Georgia, they are dedicated to advocating for victims injured in auto
accidents, trucking accidents, and other incidents caused by negligence. They are
currently seeking a remote Intake Specialist to join their team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Specialist to join our client's team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for gathering essential case details, assessing client needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

US Law Firm experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients.
  • Conduct initial consultations to gather case details and determine eligibility for legal services.
  • Accurately document client information in the case management system.
  • Schedule consultations and follow-ups with attorneys and clients.
  • Provide compassionate and professional support to individuals seeking legal assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Work closely with attorneys and legal teams to ensure smooth case transitions.
  • Track and follow up on potential leads to maximize client retention.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client intake and case file management.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an intake specialist or legal assistant.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and legal case management systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Experience working in a US law firm is a plus.
