Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented virtual Legal Assistant to support the firm's daily operations, specifically in handling written discovery processes for both offensive and defensive legal strategies. This role requires strong English fluency and extensive client interaction to draft and facilitate responses effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and facilitate responses to fact questions posed to injury clients in writing.
  • Draft formal responses for lawyer review.
  • Draft offensive fact questions to propose to the defendants.
  • Engage in heavy client interaction in English.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in personal injury law.
  • Prior experience with legal discovery processes.
