As a key member of the network team, you will analyze, interpret, and leverage market intelligence to drive strategic growth. Your active engagement with service providers enhances performance, ensuring success for partners, customers, and providers alike. By building and maintaining strong partnerships, you will drive key objectives and optimize network effectiveness in your designated territory.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Gather and analyze market intelligence within your territory to identify actionable opportunities and challenges, providing strategic insights to your Senior Network Manager.
- Expand, strengthen, or refine provider relationships to optimize network performance and achieve targeted utilization goals within your territory.
- Address and resolve escalations from internal and external teams to ensure optimal territory performance.
- Negotiate with service providers to establish mutually beneficial financial agreements that support business objectives.
- Monitor, enhance, and maintain key metrics to ensure a strong, high-performing service provider network aligned with territory goals.
- Provide insightful feedback on the potential impact on providers when assessing and implementing punitive actions.
- Stay accessible and actively engaged to enhance service provider satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
- Engage proactively with the service provider network, taking ownership of the territory’s business operations and growth.
WHO YOU ARE:- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant work experience, or a minimum of 5+ years in a related role or field.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Highly proficient in office applications, including MS Word, Excel
- Committed to assisting service providers, with a strong focus on their success and satisfaction.
- Skilled in influencing and collaborating with both co-workers and independent providers to achieve objectives.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive performance.
- Strong understanding of the factors that influence market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve goals with minimal oversight.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and challenges.
- Empathetic to the needs of service providers while balancing the goals of the territory.
THE NITTY GRITTY:- Location: Exciting news! You have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
- Manager: You’ll report directly to the Senior Network Manager.
- Compensation = The salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 a year. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
