Job Overview

We are a dynamic, U.S.-based web development and marketing agency seeking a talented Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. Success in this role means effectively executing and overseeing online marketing campaigns that align seamlessly with our U.S. clients' needs while collaborating effortlessly with our international marketing team.

This is a part-time, remote position based in Indonesia, Monday to Friday from 7 PM to 11 PM local time, allowing daily collaboration with our U.S.-based team. You’ll manage multi-channel digital campaigns—including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising—for medium-sized B2C businesses specializing in finance, law, and accounting. Your organizational abilities and attention to performance metrics will ensure each campaign runs smoothly and meets its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Execution: Plan and launch digital marketing campaigns across various platforms – for example, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, sending out email marketing campaigns, or setting up Google/Facebook ads as needed.
  2. Day-to-Day Management: Monitor live campaigns and ads, adjusting targeting, creative, or budget in real-time to improve performance. Troubleshoot any issues (like an ad disapproval or an email deliverability problem) quickly to keep campaigns on track.
  3. Cross-Channel Coordination: Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all campaign channels. Work with content creators and designers to get the necessary assets and adapt them for each platform.
  4. Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform-specific insights (e.g., Facebook Insights, email campaign reports) to track key metrics. Evaluate against KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide suggestions for improvement during and after campaigns.
  5. Reporting & Insights: Compile campaign performance data and insights into clear reports for the team and clients. Highlight successes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years managing digital marketing campaigns, including hands-on experience with social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram, etc.), Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Technical Know-how: Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads interface), and email marketing services (like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.). Able to navigate their analytics and targeting options effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting data to make decisions. Experience using Google Analytics or similar to assess campaign traffic and conversions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Diligent in managing budgets, scheduling posts/ads, and ensuring all campaign elements go out error-free and on time. Able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong English skills, with the ability to use American vernacular in written and verbal communication. Effective at coordinating with a remote team and clearly conveying campaign needs and results.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working on campaigns for finance, legal, or accounting industry clients – understanding compliance or tone considerations in these fields.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing integration – knowing how campaigns can support overall SEO efforts, and vice versa (using tools like Ahrefs for keyword/competition insight).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation or CRM tools that might be used in campaigns (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier for connecting campaign leads to client systems).
  • Creative thinking for A/B testing – from ad copy variations to different email subject lines – to systematically improve campaign outcomes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (like ClickUp) to plan campaign timelines and collaborate with team members on deliverables.
