Description

The Campaign Coordinator, Digital Advertising operates within the eHealthcare Solutions Client Services team and is primarily focused on contract execution, campaign fulfillment, client relationships and maintaining a book of business. The Campaign Coordinator is client-facing, serves as the internal/external main point of contact for campaign fulfillment, and interacts closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Reporting & Analytics and Finance.


Day to day responsibilities include:

· Facilitate internal kickoffs

· Contribute to and participate in client Quarterly Business Review meetings

· Partner closely with the Account Management team in support of new or existing business, working closely with the pre-sales team, post-sales campaign management, performance, and evaluation.

· Maintain detailed account tracking of campaign activities

· Responsible and accountable for the management of the successful fulfillment and completion of all client contract deliverables within contract terms from Kick-off through campaign close. Ensure all client and internal compliance processes are followed.

· Minimize need for contract amendment/conversion/extension – Coordinate all required contract amendment processes, execution, and communications

· Forecast or confirm fulfillment timelines across campaign components for accurate revenue reconciliation

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders for optimal campaign performance

· Participate in assigned projects or initiatives that support new or enhanced products and services, process improvements or organizational changes

· Work independently with minimal supervision and operate with excellence.

· Create/maintain support docs including but not limited to screenshots, mockups, etc.

· Participate in client MLR review calls when needed

Requirements

· 2+ years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical consulting, marketing, account management or Client Services

· Strong understanding of media buying terminology such as: CPM, CPUV, SOV, Standard IAB banner sizes, geotargeting, native, SEM, etc.

· Highly motivated individual who can work independently and prioritize work

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; customer service orientation

· Excellent organizational skills: ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage tasks to accomplish desired results

· Deliver or participate in training as required

· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple groups/departments, such as account management, operations, editorial, etc.

· Prioritize and respond to ad hoc requests from clients, client partners, and internal stakeholders

· A strong desire to continuously learn and improve themselves as well as processes, procedures and methods within their department.

· Attention to detail, time management and project management skills

Technical Qualifications:

The position requires the use of several software tools for reporting and analytics.

Experience with the following software applications/platforms is preferred:

· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook), with extensive experience and high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

· Salesforce experience a plus
