If so, you may be a great fit for BizLibrary’s Client Experience Manager opening. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully implementing and onboarding new clients and new product purchases.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of L&D/educational and/or client success or service experience. You will support our clients throughout the implementation and onboarding process, understanding each client’s business goals to ensure that their program and launch are aligned to their desired outcomes. You will need to be a great communicator who can both understand and leverage technology, while also tailoring your communication based on the knowledge and experience of the client. You will be expected to find ways to add value throughout the onboarding process and be passionate about solving Customer problems.
Salary: $65K
Previous Experience
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of successful education, learning and development, client success or consulting experience, preferably in a high growth SaaS environment.
Experience within the HR/L&D/content/LMS space is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new client and new product implementations, helping drive successful outcomes that are aligned to client value drivers, including program and launch planning and execution.
Project planning, tracking, status update reporting, effective scope management and client and internal communication management
Create and collaborate on client-facing deliverables and work products, including training and process documentation
Keep up to date with changes to company products, tools, and processes as well as industry trends
Cultivate and foster a positive client experience
Communicate effectively and maintain a proactive, positive relationship with all departments within the company, notably including Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Client Support and Product
Assist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline the client onboarding processes.
Support and assist the Product Development organization by sharing customer and individual feature enhancement ideas and suggestions
Assist other team members with client onboarding and engagement when appropriate
Occasionally present product knowledge or domain expertise via speaking, training or sales environments including customer conferences, trade shows, conventions, or public speaking engagements
