The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
● Designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs and documents new and existing web applications,
maintenance and support of existing applications.
● Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship and guidance to
OTS and DOC staff for all requested work.
● Monitor, review and audit performance of the DOC Modernization software and make
performance improvements.
● Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum
Ceremonies.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
● ASP.NET MVC
● C#
● Entity Framework
● SQL Server (T-SQL)
● GitHub or Git
● Three (3) years’ minimum experience working in the application development field
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
● VueJS
● Bootstrap
● SSIS
● IIS
● Scrum Methodology
● Visual Studio
● Distributed Design Systems (SOA/Microservices)
● DevOps Practices (CI/CD)
● Figma
● Jira
