How You'll Make a Difference:
Arkos Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Health Technology Product Manager with a proven track record of at least 3+ years to join our accomplished internal technology team. This pivotal role entails spearheading, developing, and continually enhancing our business intelligence products and solutions, empowering our executive, clinical, and finance teams to meet and exceed goals. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments, particularly Clinical Operations, and the BI team, to optimize their use of these solutions and drive actionable insights. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and expertise in population health is highly desirable for this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the overarching mission and objectives of the company
- Cultivate a profound understanding of the distinctive needs and demands of our internal teams, payer customers, and the diverse demographic of their 500,000+ members. Use this insight to define and prioritize product requirements effectively
- Establish and maintain a well-articulated product roadmap that consistently reflects the evolving landscape of new features and enhancements crafted to meet and exceed business needs and goals
- Foster a culture of seamless collaboration among cross-functional technology teams, which include health technology product and project management, data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and the BI team, to ensure success in product development and delivery
- Forge robust alliances with the Clinical Operations department to identify and capitalize on performance and process optimization opportunities using business intelligence tools and data-driven insights
- Collaborate extensively with the BI team and drive the design and development of BI products with the BI Team that are engineered to provide actionable insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
- Leverage your wealth of experience in Salesforce to integrate and enhance our business intelligence products masterfully.
- Apply your extensive expertise in population health to provide valuable insights that shape and inform product development to guarantee that our solutions remain attuned to the unique challenges and opportunities intrinsic to this dynamic field
- Collaborate intimately with stakeholders from departments such as Clinical Operations and the BI team to meticulously gather and document precise product requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Implement a system for continuously monitoring and analyzing product performance, user usage patterns, and user feedback
- Pledge a relentless commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability for our business intelligence products; entails meticulously defining testing criteria and conducting thorough testing and validation
- Assume leadership over the entire product development lifecycle, which encompasses defining specifications, overseeing design, development, rigorous testing, and the conscientious management of timelines and budgets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree would be an added advantage
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in product management, with an unwavering focus on business intelligence and data analytics products
- 3+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud expertise and experience in integrating Salesforce with BI solutions
- A deep understanding of population health, the payer industry, and the intricacies of healthcare data
- Deep knowledge and experience in population health management
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills and a remarkable aptitude for stakeholder management
