We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment while supporting various aspects of our candidate experience, employer branding, and strategic recruitment initiatives across our global SG&A (Sales, General, and Administrative) business units.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Candidate Experience & Interview Coordination:
Assist with innovative ways to support global interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Support the onboarding process by helping to identify ways to create an amazing candidate experience.
Social Media & Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies across social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with our global brand.
Create and curate content that highlights our company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance our online presence.
Team Support:
Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team on key projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, diversity initiatives, and candidate outreach strategies.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent acquisition best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
Assist in organizing and executing virtual and in-person recruitment events, including career fairs, webinars, and campus outreach programs.
Support organizing policy, procedure, job description and reporting information.
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
