We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of a South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) would be an added advantage. The role involves providing support through a blended process (phone calls, chat, and email).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels.

Maintain a solid understanding of our products and services.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Identify and implement process improvements for a better customer experience.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Fluent in English and Hindi (Knowledge of South Indian language is a plus)
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Previous customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools such as Freshdesk and Freshchat
