Job description

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is looking for an HR Generalist to bolster the People Operations (Human Resources) team and the organization. We need a partner to:

  • provide data analytic support for our HR surveys and data calls
  • conduct and manage the onboarding process, including scheduling and handling virtual New Employee Orientation
  • be our dedicated HRIS resource using ADP as a platform

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing accurate data and calculations, with unfailing diligence
  • Focused attention to process improvement and efficiency
  • Ability to adjust to changing demands; must be able to adjust and shuffle priorities, working on both urgent requests and longer-term projects
  • Experience working in HR
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with ADP

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
