Job description

We are looking for HR Generalist to support the organization’s HR functions by managing essential processes such as onboarding, payroll, employee relations, HRIS and compliance to ensure a productive work environment.

 

This is on-site position to work from Warsaw office.


✅ Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize onboarding schedules, ensuring all materials and resources are ready for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires during their first weeks to answer questions and support integration into the team.

Payroll & Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, working with providers as needed.
  • Assist employees with payroll-related queries, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Offboarding & Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, documenting information to improve employee retention.
  • Process resignations, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and exit protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, including return of company property and deactivation of accounts.

Legal Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies in line with Polish labor laws and industry standards.
  • Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with legal requirements, conducting periodic reviews for updates.
  • Advise managers on compliance-related questions, helping them navigate regulatory requirements effectively.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide support to employees regarding general inquiries and concerns, acting as a trusted HR representative.
  • Assist in managing employee grievances and complaints, following structured processes for resolution.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution efforts, supporting managers and teams in addressing interpersonal issues.

HRIS & Analytics:

  • Ensure all employee data in the HRIS is accurate and up-to-date, conducting regular audits for data integrity.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, such as turnover, attendance, and demographics, to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to provide data insights that support workforce planning and HR strategy.

✅Main Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, payroll administration, employee relations, and legal compliance specific
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and sound decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in all tasks.
