Come join a growing Team as an HR Specialist in the Global People Services Center. This service center functions provides support to employees, managers, and HR professionals. In this exciting role, you will research, analyze, and respond to inquiries ranging from simple policy questions to much more complex issues working closely with our GPS HR Advisors and Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and is exclusively remote.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Manage Workday HCM business process configurations including but not limited to report writing, calculated fields, business process design, build condition & validation rules, EIB loads and business process security

  • Lead HCM projects related to Workday Manager Self-Service & Employee Self-Service transactions 

  • Provide transaction training and educate employees on HR services

  • Serve as an employee and customer advocate who specializes in creating a culture focused on exceptional customer service, where individualized actions are taken to promote and support all client interests

  • Utilize multiple online systems, such as ServiceNow CRM, Enterprise version 5 and Workday to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, complete requests, and help resolve employee, manager, and HR needs

  • Utilize the case management system to document and escalate inquiries following both defined and undefined process steps to achieve required service level agreements

  • Actively identify and submit process improvement recommendations

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

  • Special Projects and any other duties assigned by the manager

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts including Business Administration, Communication or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in the customer service or HR fields and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in an advanced degree with 2+ years related work experience.

  • Experience in Workday configurations

  • Experience providing support to customers including managers and HR

  • Knowledge of simple and complex company and business unit policies and procedures

  • Excellent customer service

  • HR background

  • Experience handling Case Management
