Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Providing Timely And Accurate Support To Our Client Companies And The Claims Department. Meet All Key Financial Business Objectives And Enhance Customer Service Levels For Assigned Team. Effectively Mentor The Performance Of All Individuals In Order To Achieve Optimal Productivity In Alignment With Our Philosophy. Effectively Coach And Mentor Team Members To Ensure That The Best Quality Claims Management Can Be Produced.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and insurance industry experience. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of group disability claims experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to function with limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to work well in a high visibility, public-oriented environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
