Act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in recruitment practices specific to the Philippines.
Fill job openings with the most compatible candidates in the market within the required timeframe.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and standards throughout the recruitment process.
Continually learn and implement innovative recruiting strategies to streamline or improve the recruitment process.
Build and enhance personal brands while contributing to the company's overall branding efforts.
Collaboratively create and manage an effective database of high-quality candidates.
Successfully deliver in accordance with a) organizational strategy, vision, mission, values, and goals, b) team operational plans, goals, tasks, and SLAs, and c) individual KPIs.
