Job description

Beacon Mobility Corp.

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Facilitator to lead and manage group sessions, workshops, and learning experiences within our organization. The Facilitator will be responsible for guiding discussions, creating an inclusive learning environment, and ensuring participants actively engage with the material and each other. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor their approach to diverse audiences.

Who We’re Looking For:

Are you a natural connector of dots—someone who doesn’t just teach concepts but ensures they’re applied in real-time? Do you believe learning isn’t about checking a box but about making an impact? We’re looking for a Talent Operations Facilitator who can turn training into action, ensuring employees don’t just sit through a session but walk away ready to apply what they’ve learned immediately. This isn’t just about standing in front of a room and delivering content. It’s about creating dynamic, interactive, and personalized learning experiences that resonate, inspire change, and drive results.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers in Action):

Facilitation that Drives Real-World Action:

  • Lead high-energy, engaging live and virtual training sessions on leadership, compliance, culture, and job-specific skills.
  • Support M&A integration by delivering on-site training and onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions with hands-on guidance.
  • Offer a white-glove approach—providing 1:1 coaching and real-time feedback to ensure learning sticks and is immediately actionable.
  • Go beyond the slide deck—use role-playing, simulations, and real-world exercises to turn knowledge into skills.
  • Help employees connect the dots so they can apply what they learn the moment they step back into their role.

Personalized Training & Partnership:

  • Work with local site leaders to ensure training aligns with real business challenges.
  • Co-develop training content with learning specialists to keep it relevant, engaging, and results-driven.
  • Provide custom feedback and coaching to help individuals bridge the gap between learning and execution.
  • Adapt training for diverse audiences across multiple locations, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and action-oriented experience.

Tech & Trendsetter Mindset:

  • Use cutting-edge learning tech to make training scalable, interactive, and accessible from anywhere.
  • Stay ahead of trends like microlearning, gamification, and interactive coaching to keep sessions fresh.
  • Work with Workday LMS and virtual platforms ( MS Teams) to streamline learning access.
  • Create a culture where learning isn’t just a one-time event—it’s a continuous journey that drives real change.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years experience in facilitation, public speaking, coaching, leadership training, or virtual instruction.
A gift for engagement—you don’t just present information, you make it stick.
Experience with M&A integration, organizational development, and change management.
Willingness to travel 60%-80% (yep, you’ll be on the move 3 weeks a month).
A knack for turning learning into immediate, tangible action.
A high-touch, white-glove approach to training—offering direct, 1:1 coaching and hands-on support.
Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments—change is your playground.
Experience with LMS platforms (Workday LMS = bonus points!).
Familiarity with e-learning, video-based training, and digital content creation is a plus.
Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for helping people grow, not just with knowledge—but with real, applied skills.

Who Should Apply?

If you have a background in Education, Business, Communication, HR, Learning & Development, or a related field—and you’re ready to make learning transformational—we want to meet you!
