FinQuery is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our organization. We're seeking a skilled and analytical Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll design, implement, maintain, and optimize our critical IT systems. You'll ensure the smooth operation, security, and scalability of our systems and processes to meet the growing needs of our business. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and is passionate about problem-solving within a dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline routine tasks and reduce manual efforts
Thoroughly document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge transfer and maintenance purposes
Implement and administer device management tooling and policies across workstations, laptops, and mobile device
Diagnose and fix complex system malfunctions, working across teams to identify and implement solutions
Supporting our onboarding and onboarding processes in partnership with HR and IT
Research new technology and processes to fill future and current needs
Proactively monitor system errors/vulnerabilities, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security
What experience and skills we need you to have:
Must have the following:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information security or other technical discipline
3+ years of experience in a systems engineering or similar technical role
Working knowledge of Okta and Windows Intune
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Good interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to converse effectively at all levels of seniority, both internally and externally
