  • Owning and maintaining meticulous production schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
  • Managing short-term and long-term production roadmaps in collaboration with department leads.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks early in the process, devising proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Overseeing project pipelines and development workflows to improve efficiency and maintain clear cross-team coordination.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and team meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, progress updates, and feedback loops.
  • Working closely with the Lead Producer, department heads, and external partners to ensure project goals are met within budget constraints.
  • Driving continuous process improvements, refining project management methodologies, and ensuring the highest production standards.
  • Championing an environment of accountability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Mandatory 5+ years of experience as a producer or above (DD, Executive Producer) in the video game industry, with multiple shipped AAA Projects
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams through all phases of game development.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and production best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Proven experience managing schedules, setting realistic timelines, and successfully delivering projects on time.
  • Strong ability to identify risks early and develop contingency plans.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite and other project tracking tools.
  • Experience managing distributed development teams and external vendors.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in FPS or tactical shooter genres.
  • Background in live service game production or post-launch content management.
  • Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of player expectations in the FPS space.
