Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central
Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion
Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven recommendations
Handle inventory management and logistics, including shipment creation
Provide proactive input on inventory levels and purchasing decisions
Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices, implementing changes as needed
Provide regular reports and insights on store performance and market trends
Support agency operations as needed
Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock across all products
Create and oversee shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers
Develop and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to inform purchasing decisions
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor and report on key logistics metrics
Recommend and implement process improvements in the supply chain
Requirements
3-5 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and related e-commerce tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific Time Zone)
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience with inventory management and logistics operations
Ability to work independently and take initiative
