Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, this position will be responsible for quota attainment from target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, contracting, and hand-off to onboarding team.
- Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings, requiring regular travel to foster relationships and close deals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed annual sales quotas, demonstrating a results-driven approach and high-performance mindset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Expansion, Customer Success) to establish and monitor success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage and sell to multiple C-level and executive stakeholders, building trust and credibility across diverse decision-making units.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of solution-based, multi-product sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on selling multi-product solutions.
- Experience managing $1M+ in annual quota, consistently achieving or surpassing performance benchmarks.
- Proven ability to self-prospect, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities independently.
- Deep understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitor landscape in the broader sporting goods industry.
- Exhibits passion, energy, and enthusiasm, effectively engaging both external customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Experience in selling digital marketing, influencer marketing, or ratings and reviews platforms is a strong plus.
- Effectively communicates and demonstrates return on investment (ROI) during negotiations, ensuring mutual value for both the customer and ExpertVoice.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, leveraging data and insights to inform sales strategies and drive decision-making.

The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $110,000 to $120,000 annually with an estimated OTE of $300-325k. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
