Sales Recruiter

The Sales Recruiter at North will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of Outside Sales Representatives, who are crucial in driving business of our merchant payment processing solutions. This role focuses on attracting highly driven and motivated  sales talent through strategic sourcing, effective screening, and a streamlined recruitment process.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume sales roles within the merchant payment processing industry.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates using diverse channels, including online platforms, industry networks, and referrals.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Review applications, conduct thorough screenings, and perform competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Job Posting Development: Craft compelling and market-relevant job postings that highlight the opportunities at North.

  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Guide and support hiring managers, district managers and sales leadership throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and recommendations.

  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring prompt communication and feedback.

  • Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to facilitate seamless employment offers through the first day.

  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Event Participation: Assess and participate in career fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting initiatives.


 

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate or agency recruiting.

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Proven experience in high-volume sales recruitment and strategy development.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).

  • Strong ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

How to stand out (Preferred):

  • Experience in the payment processing industry.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

  • RACR, PHR, or SHRM certification.

Travel Requirements: 2-4 times per year

Salary Range: $46,000-$88,000
