We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer with a strong background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) and experience with Python, and PowerShell to join our dynamic team. 

Position Overview: 

As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor and product advocate, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Rewst. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design tailored demo’s, and demonstrate the value of our products to prospective clients. Your expertise in the MSP space, combined with your programming skills in Python and PowerShell, will be crucial in showcasing the technical capabilities and benefits of Rewst. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle. 

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and technical specifications of Rewst. 

  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and addressing technical questions and concerns. 

  • Technical Documentation: Contribute to creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, implementation guides, and best practices. 

  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and technical enablement to internal sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell Rewst. 

  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvement initiatives. 

  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and how Rewst can address their challenges. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience. 

  • Experience:  

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the MSP space. 

  • Strong programming skills in Python and PowerShell. 

  • Knowledge of automation and MSP technologies. 

Technical Skills: 

  • In-depth understanding of MSP operations and challenges. 

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell. 

  • Familiarity with automation platforms and their application in business processes. 

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles. 

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions. 

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
