Job Description:

IEA Training is seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in HubSpot CRM for prospecting and closing sales. As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, leveraging HubSpot to generate leads, track sales activities, and optimize outreach. Your primary goal is to identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with prospects and customers, and consistently close deals to drive revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and optimize outreach.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and digital prospecting using HubSpot's automation tools.
  • Develop and implement HubSpot-driven sales strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and deal progression.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Close sales by effectively identifying and addressing client needs, using data-driven insights from HubSpot.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers to drive long-term business.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and HubSpot analytics to refine sales tactics.
  • Work closely with the CEO to optimize sales strategies and refine the outreach process.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns, ensuring seamless lead handoffs from marketing to sales.
  • Utilize HubSpot’s reporting features to provide regular sales performance insights and inform decision-making.
  • Attend virtual sales meetings, industry events, and ongoing professional development sessions. Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, sales progress, and report on activities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Provide feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
  • Attend virtual sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM for sales prospecting, pipeline management, and automation.
  • Experience selling to Human Resources departments or professionals in related industries.
  • Strong ability to analyze HubSpot data and use insights to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
